This meditation session invites everyone, regardless of experience level, to join a guided journey of deepening connection between mind and body. Through intention, gentle vocalizing, and an exploration of present-moment awareness, you'll be invited to cultivate your relationship with sensation and the inner Self. While guidance will be offered throughout, each person's journey will be uniquely their own. Come with curiosity and an openness to explore. See you there!
AURA Dance with Lisa 3:45 - 4:15 pm
Tap into the rhythm of your body and breath as they move in tandem with your soul's desires. There is no right or wrong way to move in this class - only the way YOU feel called to move. We'll start with a slow and sensuous warm-up to get into the body and acquainted with our surroundings. You'll be guided to dance through each song with an intention or quality of movement in mind, and we'll integrate our experience with a body-based meditation.
Salsa with Daryna 4:30 - 5:00 pm
Learn salsa basics in a fun and welcoming environment with Daryna! Simple footwork, rhythm and easy combinations :)
Jazz Funk with Denia 5:15 - 5:45 pm
Jazz funk is about energy, performance, and confidence. It's the very dance style you see in music videos, concert tours, halftime shows; you name it! It is a fusion of commercial pop, hip hop and technical Jazz. Where the rigidity of technical Jazz is dropped, and we focus on an attitude forward, groovy, grounded, and musicality heavy choreography. Prepare to SERVE FACE, and HIT THOSE BEATS!
