Most of our Yoga classes are meant for beginners, or all levels. The only classes that we wouldn’t recommend starting with are Flow II or Flow III

If you’re interested in Reformer and have never taken a class before, you’ll start with either: Reformer I, Reformer Rise (All Levels), Reformer Restore, or Reformer Jump (All Levels)

We have two studio rooms, our Sanctuary for large group, mat classes (like Yoga, Mat Pilates & Meditation), and our Reformer room.
