Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga + Pilates Program 

Pregnant folks within any trimester are welcome to take part in our prenatal program classes that run weekly. We also offer Postpartum classes for the 4th Trimester and beyond.

*There are no regular member classes that are deemed prenatal safe outside of Restorative, if you opt to take classes outside of those that are Prenatal specific, please know the teacher is not liable nor do they have specific training to modify postures for those who are prenatal.

Monthly Prenatal or Postpartum Membership

Movement, connection, relaxation, and a little bit of strength. With prenatal yoga, prenatal pilates & postpartum pilates on the schedule, there are many chances each week to reconnect with your practice and self. Our instructors create programs meant to help you feel supported throughout your pregnancy and beyond..

Prenatal or postpartum Drop-In Passes

This pass is great if you’re trying something new, or if a monthly pass doesn't work for your schedule and would rather drop in when it works best for YOU. These passes can get you into Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal Pilates, Postpartum Pilates & Prenatal/Postpartum Pilates classes at The Aura House.
