small group prenatal + post-natal yoga + pilates

Prenatal Yoga + Pilates Program 

Pregnant folks within any trimester are welcome to take part in our prenatal program classes that run weekly. Our current schedule has 3 classes:

  • Tuesday @ 5 pm Pilates + Yoga | This class is focused on functional movement and breathwork.

  • Wednesday @ 7:15 pm Restorative Yoga with Rebecca | This class is for pure relaxation and open to all studio members (not just prenatal)

  • Saturday @ 9:30 am Prenatal Reformer Pilates | This class is a full body experience .. strengthening the core, back, arms, glutes, and pelvic floor. The movements done in class will aim to help support you during your pregnancy. 

*There are no regular member classes that are deemed prenatal safe outside of restorative, if you opt to take classes outside of those listed above, please know the teacher is not liable nor do they have specific training to modify postures for those who are prenatal.

Monthly Prenatal Membership

This pass is for the pregnant person who wants it all: movement, connection, relaxation, and a little bit of strength. With two prenatal classes (one being on the reformer) on the schedule and access to a prenatal safe restorative class. There are so many chances to reconnect with your practice and self. Our instructors create programs meant to help you feel supported during this part of your journey.

Prenatal Drop-In Passes

This pass is for the pregnant person who wants to try something new. It’s also great if a monthly pass doesn't work for your schedule and would rather drop in when it works best for YOU. This pass can get you into the reformer prenatal OR the mat prenatal class.

Post-natal pilates Program 

Post-natal folks (in any stage of postpartum so long as they feel safe to begin movement) are welcome to join our post-natal pilates program class that runs weekly.

  • Tuesday @ 6 pm Post-Natal Pilates | This class is for those wanting to strengthen their core and rebuild strength in a small group setting
