We offer a variety of modalities on our regular schedule like yoga, pilates + meditation, in addition to pop-up movement classes like Family Yoga and Aura Dance

  • Group classes happen in our Sanctuary space which fits up to 25 students + the instructor. Typically set for all levels (unless noted as otherwise on the schedule) our group classes are a great way to be in community while establishing a consistent practice.

  • Semi-Private Small Group Classes are facilitated in our Study + Reformer Room with 4-6 students + an instructor. Fewer people mean more individualized attention for each student, and a greater ability for the instructor to teach just what you need.

  • Private Yoga and/or Pilates sessions are a great way to get started if you’re feeling nervous about being in a group setting, or to support the rehabilitation of an injury/ailment that you’re experiencing.
